It is our wish that your stay be enjoyable and memorable. To help us provide you with the best possible service, please review the following policies and understand our need to abide by them. Call or email us with any questions you may have.

CHECK IN time is between 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Please notify us well in advance, prior to your day of arrival, if you anticipate a later arrival. 

CHECK OUT is by 11:00 am.

Cancellation/No-Shows: Due to our size and the personal attention we offer our guests, cancellations are best to be avoided. Your deposit is your commitment to us that you are reserving your room and our commitment to you that your room will be ready for your arrival. Please take the time to read and process our cancellation policy. Because we will strictly adhere to our policy, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance for the unexpected life event. A request to change the date/move a reservation is considered a cancellation request because we are potentially losing the ability to re-book that room and all policies will apply.

A refund of your deposit, less a $30 cancellation fee, will be offered for cancellations 14 or more days in advance of your scheduled arrival. Any applicable refunds will be processed 10 -14 business days after the cancellation has occurred. All cancellations received 13 days or less prior to your scheduled date of arrival will be charged for the full dates/balance of your reservation including any add-ons. If a gift certificate/gift card is used for your stay, the value of the certificate may be retained to cover the cancellation fee and/or entire cost of the reservation.

Pool and Outdoor Patio: It is our hope that you will take advantage of our beautiful outdoor spaces. For your safety, please refrain from using glasses or glass bottles, especially while in the pool. Towels are available upstairs in the lodge.

Please use the pool with caution. Enter and exit the pool carefully, with no jumping or diving. 

Smoke-Policy: Smoking is only allowed outside only on decks and patios.

Parking: We offer convenient parking on our grounds adjacent to the lodge and each cottage. 

Children: The lodge and grounds are not suitable for children under the age of nine. If you are traveling with children nine or older please contact us directly for reservations. We reserve the right to limit accommodations to only adults on weekends and holidays.

Pets: For the safety, comfort, and convenience of all of our guests, we regret that pets are not allowed in the rooms in our main lodge which are Tranquility, Serenity, Remembrance and Enchantment. Pets are allowed in all cottages with prior approval.
We have numerous pets of our own so if you are uncomfortable with our fur babies we may not be the right fit for you.
