Hi Ho, Jose’ here! In case you all haven’t noticed its HOT outside! Chardonneigh, the goats and I have been spending a lot of time in the shade of the trees down in the pasture. There has been quite a bit of commotion coming from the pool end of the big house. I’m guessing that Charlie, Kris, and their guests are so hot that they are spending a lot of time in the cement pond. Hmmm, I wonder if they would mind if I came up for a dip? I’m sure I could find myself a nice donkey size swimsuit. On the other hand Weiss Lake sitting in the distance below us looks inviting as well and might be more suitable for the livestock and myself. Perhaps I should open the gate and take them on a walk about to the lake. Or maybe Little River Canyon to take a refreshing shower beneath the waterfall. Just out of curiosity what are some of your favorite summertime activities here in Northern Alabama? I think a visit to the Secret to see me and my friends should be on top of your list!
