Hi! Ho! Jose’ here at The Secret Bed and Breakfast! Kris was working out here yesterday and was talking about Thanksgiving. It is apparently a special day that people set aside to give thanks for all the good things that have happened during the year. Now, I’m a little confused as to why one needs a special holiday for that? I’m pretty thankful everyday for the wonderful barn I have to live in and all the marvelous treats people bring me!
Speaking of food, she said that there would be a lot of it consumed on Thanksgiving. Well, I certainly hope that I am included in that part of the holiday. I can’t say as I would want any part of a turkey, especially since it is distantly related to the chickens I protect, but I certainly would not mind a bite of pumpkin pie, or even some sweet potato souffle!!
