Hi Ho, Jose here!! There sure is a nice breeze blowing in the pasture these days. The goats and I are really looking forward to those delicious acorns that fall in abundance here on the mountain top. Even better than acorns, are the apples that seem to make their way into the pasture via the guests to the Secret. Chardonnay and I love apples!! The dumb goats still like the acorns better. They don’t know what they are missing!
I hear that Kris makes a great Apple French toast. I sent one of the hens over to sneak the recipe so you could try it. SHHHH, don’t tell Kris!
